The Resource Guild Black Media Mixer

The Resource Guild Black Media Mixer hosted by founder Mr. Dainel Dickey, has taken the initiative to collectively educate, motivate and inspire black journalists as well as media professionals. The event features a series of panel discussions led by some of the most prominent names in media Like panelist (Monica Pearson retired legendary news anchor, and One on One host) (Marcel Bouie producer/editor, content creator, and event curator) (Rashun Ali media personality, podcaster, author, and actress) (Young Joc Mr. meet me in the club it's going down, now radio personality, artist, actor) and many... many others.

The goal of the mixer is to connect people through conversation about social responsibility within the journalism industry, experiences working in media and how we can all better serve our communities. If you aspire to get into the media field this is definitely the place to be. Held at The Legacy Center where Black Excellence meets innovation. I'm excited to continue this tradition of celebrating black media and the important role it plays in society.
